- Appointments that show up later than 20 minutes will be charged an additional 30% of the grooming price. If you are 40 minutes late, there will be a late fee of 40% extra of the grooming price. If you need to reschedule your existing appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours ahead. However, if you do not give us 24 hours’ notice and “No show no Call” for your appointment it will result in an account full balance of the service charge of you were scheduled for. New client will be charged $50 flat fee as no show no call fee. If it is an emergency, please let us know and you will not be charged.
- If you are unable to make your appointment for any reason, please contact us ASAP. We prefer a 24-hour notice for all cancellations or reschedules to allow us time to fill the space with a customer from our waiting list.
- Any pets that are not picked up 1 hour after groom completion may be charged $10 per hour extra for being daycare unless other arrangements were discussed at drop-off. Pick up after business hours (Weekdays and Saturdays after 6:00pm, Sundays after 3:00pm) will be charged $40 extra!
